Introduction
TubeV.sex strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for user-generated content. We respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices and do not proactively monitor uploads—users are responsible for their content. We prohibit illegal material, including child exploitation (CSAM), non-consensual media, extreme violence, and take immediate action on reports. Reporting Prohibited Content
If you find content violating our policies, such as CSAM or non-consensual media, report it via our Reach Us form or email abuse@tubev.sex. Verified reports lead to swift removal, and we cooperate with law enforcement. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such content.
Submitting DMCA Complaints
Copyright owners or agents can submit infringement notices to our Designated Copyright Agent at abuse@tubev.sex. Notices must be in English and include your full name, contact info, specific URL of infringing content, and proof of ownership. Incomplete or non-English notices may be rejected within 7 days. We document all acted-upon notices for transparency.
Content Removal Policy
Valid DMCA complaints are processed within 48 hours. We may remove or disable access to material, terminate repeat infringer accounts, and block access. We use automated tools like video fingerprinting to detect and prevent infringements. For stats on removals, see our Transparency Report. We operate under DMCA safe harbor provisions.
DMCA Notice Template
- Full name of the complainant or authorized agent.
- Contact information, including email and phone number.
- Specific URL of the infringing content on TubeV.sex.
- Proof of copyright ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner.
- A signed statement under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of the information and authorization to submit the complaint.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice to abuse@tubev.sex. Include your name, address, phone, signature; description of removed content and original URL; statement under perjury that removal was mistaken; consent to U.S. Federal District Court jurisdiction and service of process. We forward counter-notices to the complainant and may restore content in 10-14 business days unless a lawsuit is filed.
Warning on False Claims
Submitting false DMCA claims or misrepresentations can result in legal liability under DMCA Section 512(f). All info in notices/counter-notices must be accurate and in good faith.
