Trust & Safety Overview

Our Trust & Safety team (a small group of 5 dedicated moderators with industry experience) works 24/7 to keep the site safe. We use AI for initial scans (e.g., hash matching for known bad content) and human review for nuance. Response time: 24 hours for reports, immediate for CSAM. Partnerships with ASACP and NCMEC for expert input. Last year, we handled 15,000 reports with 98% resolution rate.

How We Handle Issues

- Reporting: Use video buttons or Reach Us—we prioritize trusted flaggers.
- Moderation: Reactive to flags, with appeals available.
- Education: Tips in Family Safety for users/parents.
- Prevention: Verification on uploads, opt-outs for ads/cookies.
