Content from before July 3, 1995, is exempt. As a user-generated platform, we're not the primary or secondary producer of hosted content, but we require uploaders to follow these rules through our Verification Process.

Record-Keeping Requirements

Records like legal names, birth dates, and government ID copies for performers are kept by the Records Custodian or content producers. User-Generated Content

All users uploading to TubeV.sex must verify performers' age and consent, maintain records, and confirm compliance during upload. Non-compliant content gets removed immediately, and accounts may be suspended or terminated. Report issues like CSAM or non-consensual material via our Copyright (DMCA) or Content Standards policies.
