Inclusive Access

Introduction

At TubeV.sex, we're all about making our platform welcoming for everyone, no matter their abilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level A and are pushing hard to hit Level AA soon, so more people can enjoy the site comfortably. This means regular checks and updates to fix any barriers—we know accessibility isn't a one-time thing, and we're committed to getting it right.

Accessibility Features

We've built in several tools to help users with different needs:

- Screen reader compatibility, so folks with visual impairments can navigate and hear descriptions of content.
- Keyboard navigation for those who can't or prefer not to use a mouse—everything from menus to video controls works with keys.
- Alternative text (alt text) for images and thumbnails, making sure screen readers can explain what's shown.
- Adjustable text scaling and zoom up to 200% without breaking the layout.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (at least 4.5:1) to make text readable for users with low vision or color blindness.
- Captions and subtitles on videos where available, plus adjustable playback speeds for better understanding.
- No flashing or strobing content that could trigger seizures, following WCAG success criteria.
- ARIA labels for dynamic elements like search bars and pop-ups to improve assist ive tech compatibility.

We test these with tools like WAVE and user groups, and we're adding more like audio descriptions for videos in future updates.
