Content Standards

Introduction

TubeV.sex enforces a strict content policy to maintain a safe, legal, and respectful environment for all users. Compliance with our Service Terms, Copyright, Legal 2257, and Digital Services Act is mandatory. Certain content may require administrative approval before publication, and we use both automated tools and human review for moderation.

Permitted Content

Content uploaded to TubeV.sex must comply with all applicable laws and platform standards. It must involve consenting adults aged 18 or older, and uploaders are required to verify the age and consent of all performers as per 2257 Compliance and our Verification Process. Permitted content includes consensual adult material that is original or properly licensed, without infringing on intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Content

- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction of minors in inappropriate contexts, whether real, simulated, or AI-generated.
- Non-consensual material, including revenge porn, blackmail, or content obtained without explicit permission.
- Deepfakes or manipulated media lacking consent from depicted individuals.
- Content depicting extreme violence, graphic harm, torture, death, snuff, or animal cruelty.
- Material involving bestiality, incest, rape, coprophilia, or persons under the influence of drugs/alcohol/unconscious.
- Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics like race, ethnicity, gender, or orientation.
- Content promoting illegal activities, such as terrorism, human trafficking, prostitution, or fraud.
- Unsolicited advertising, spam, pyramid schemes, or malicious software.
- Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights without authorization.

Content Moderation

TubeV.sex actively monitors and moderates content using automated detection (e.g., fingerprinting for CSAM) and trained human reviewers to ensure adherence to this policy. Users may report violations through the report button on videos, our Reach Us form, or by emailing abuse@tubev.sex. Upon review, violating content is promptly removed, and repeat offenders may face account termination or restrictions. We prioritize reports from Trusted Flaggers and cooperate with law enforcement for serious violations like CSAM. For moderation stats, see our Transparency Report.

Appeals and Dispute Resolution

Users may appeal moderation decisions (e.g., removal, suspension) within six months by submitting a request via the Reach Us form, including details and reasons. We review appeals objectively and may reverse decisions if no violation is found. For EU users, disputes can be referred to certified out-of-court bodies under the Digital Services Act. Abuse of the appeals system may lead to further restrictions.
